Merchandise returned will attract a 15% restocking fee and will only be accepted if the conditions for return are met. Non-qualified returns are not included in Watts New\u2019s Return policy and will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% at Watts New\u2019s sole discretion. The customer may either accept a Credit Note or other merchandise for the difference.
